Bryan, Texas >> Police said a shooting at a cabinet manufacturer in Bryan, Texas killed one person and injured four today. The shooter was not detained.
Brian police chief Eric Buske told reporters that he believed the shooting suspect was an employee of the Kent Moore cabinet.
By the time the police arrived, the archers were gone, Buske said. The filming took place in the bay of a factory where employees make cabinets.
Lieutenant Jason James of Brian police said he had previously interviewed employees, and witnesses identified the suspect. Police were looking for a suspected archer, but couldn’t explain him, according to James.
“On this site, when law enforcement appeared, it was already over,” James said.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives sent agents and dogs to the shooting site, said spokesman Deon Washington. He couldn’t provide any more details about what happened, he said, “it’s a fairly rapidly evolving situation.”
Police asked people to stay away from business.
Brian is about 100 miles northwest of Houston.
