San Francisco (KGO)-San Francisco supervisors have confirmed that one person was killed and the other injured in a shooting on the Muni train between Forest Hill and Castro stations.

Supervisor Marna Melgal tweeted that a shooting was carried out on the train just before 10 am on Wednesday morning, and the suspect fled the train at Castro station and remained in large numbers.

She says the shooting occurred after a fierce verbal quarrel between the murdered victim and the suspect on the train.

Witnesses said the second victim injured in the shooting was not involved in the oral quarrel. Melgar says.

The relationship between the suspect and the victim is unknown at this time, but there were multiple witnesses.
