Newton, Massachusetts. (WHDH)-One was taken to the hospital Thursday night after a head-on collision in Newton.
According to a post on the fire department’s Twitter page, paramedics responded to a report of a car accident on Commonwealth Avenue around 5 pm and found two cars with severe damage to the front end.
One was trapped inside the vehicle, but the first responder was able to release them.
They were taken to Newton Wellesley Hospital with an unknown injury.
No further details have been announced.
