111272 new Covid cases, death in the United States in 1633

According to the latest data from Johns Hopkins University, 111272 new cases reported Wednesday increased the total number of Covid infections in the United States to 48,092,485.

An additional 1633 Covids died on the same day, bringing the total number of people killed by the pandemic to 775,397.

Michigan reported the most cases (20,017) and most Covid deaths (313).

The weekly average of Covid cases in the United States increased to 95,169 within two weeks.

The death toll from pandemics is declining domestically.

Covid-related hospitalizations increased to 51,601, an increase of 11% in two weeks.

So far, 38,787,694 people have recovered from the country’s illness.

According to the latest data released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 195,973,992 people in the United States, or 59% of the population, are completely vaccinated against the deadly virus. This includes 86.1 percent of people over the age of 65.

231,367,686 people, or 69.7% of the population, receive at least one dose.

So far, 35,393,770 vaccinations have been given nationwide.

37,499,004 people, or more than 19.1% of the population, have been boosted to date.
