Roland’s Zaquan McNeil, 22, faces charges of attempted murder, dangerous weapons and conspiracy robbery by Lumberton police, and dangerous weapons and conspiracy robbery by the sheriff’s office.

As of Wednesday morning, McNeil was detained in Robeson County Detention Center for a total of $ 511,000 in public debt, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
