2 arrested, 3rd sought in connection to Clarksville missing person case – Nashville-Davidson, Tennessee

Christian County, Kentucky (WKRN) — Kentucky Police and Clarksville Police Station have arrested two men in connection with the missing case and are still working to find a third suspect.

Police say Justin Tyler Sawyer was reported missing in Clarksville on December 17.

The detective identified three suspects through an investigation. On January 5, the detective obtained an arrest warrant for 20-year-old Dawuan Davis from Clarksville on charges of robbery, one seriously injured kidnapping, and one assault. Davis was in an apartment in Oak Grove, Kentucky, and was taken to Christian County Detention Center that night.

On January 11, police arrested 36-year-old Gene Douglas Henry in connection with the incident. Henry has been charged with corpse abuse and falsification of physical evidence. Police placed Henry in the same apartment in Oak Grove, Kentucky, and he was taken to Christian County Detention Center.

Police are still looking for 22-year-old Marquell Devont’e Sims, who are accused of one accomplice to robbery, one accomplice to kidnapping, and one accomplice to assault.
