2 Pee Dee sisters killed in crash with tractor-trailer on I-95 in Dillon County, coroner says – Florence, South Carolina

Dillon County, South Carolina (WBTW) – Coroner, Dillon County, South Carolina, has identified two sisters who died Wednesday in a collision with a tractor trailer on Interstate 95.

The crash killed Ronda Denton Love, 59, in Darlington and Regina Benton Buffkin, 61, in Florence, Coroner Donnie Grimsley said Saturday.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on Wednesday at about 11:35 am in the southbound lane near Milemarker 179. Both vehicles capsized.

A 29-year-old trailer truck driver from Bakersfield, California was also taken to the hospital, but there is no new information about his condition.
