KOIN, Oregon — A 20-year-old man was charged with a grand jury killing a cannabis store employee in December 2020.

The District Attorney’s Office in Multnomah County announced an indictment against Daniel Mugisha on Friday. It alleges numerous accusations, including two murders, three murders, and four attempted murders. For numerous counts of robbery and assault.
