Shortly before 6 pm, police officers happened to be across the street when the coordinator heard a call for medical assistance on Perez Street between Ferguson Street and Vine Avenue.

Investigators believe the girl was left in the car for about three hours when the temperature in Visalia was about 100 degrees Celsius.
Police said the three-year-old mother, Eustajia Mojica Dominguez, “tend to grow marijuana” when the toddler was left in the car.
Visalia police drug investigators found 150 marijuana and about £ 200 of processed marijuana at Modika Dominguez’s house.
