First, governments should continue to implement resolutions on effective control of the COVID-19 pandemic to support economic recovery and development over 2022-2023. To create a push, all public investment capital must be paid, she stressed.

Second, to maintain macroeconomic stability, we need to manage prices and markets to ensure adequate supply and circulation of commodities.

Third, we need to strengthen domestic production and accelerate power projects to ensure domestic supply of materials.

Fourth, we need to foster a stable export market, build a commodity value chain together with rural agricultural logistics infrastructure, and ensure a healthy domestic market supply chain.

Fifth, the tourism market must be revived as soon as possible. Sixth, we need to push forward with administrative reforms to remove business and production bottlenecks and accelerate the digital transformation of the economy.

Finally, governments should proactively build plans for natural disasters to limit losses to production and disruption to livelihoods.
