AARP presenting free Jake Shimabukuro concert for AAPI Heritage Month – Honolulu, Hawaii

Honolulu (KHON2) — AARP will be hosting a free virtual concert with Jake Shimabukuro on Thursday, May 27, to celebrate the Asian Pacific American (AAPI) Heritage Month.

This performance is sponsored by the AARPA API community and celebrates the AAPI storyteller’s point of view.

Shimabukuro also uses concerts to emphasize the connection between health and music. It will be held on May 27th at 2:00 pm and requires pre-registration.
