The iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Multifactor ETF saw unusually high volume in Wednesday afternoon trading, with over 730,000 shares trading and a three-month average volume of about 109,000. EMGF shares were down about 1% on the day.
The ETF component that hit Wednesday’s record high was Lufax Holdings, down about 5.9%, with more than 2.1 million shares traded so far in the session, and Vipshop Holdings with more than 1 million shares traded. It fell about 3.9%. Daqo New Energy had its best Wednesday, losing about 1% on the day.
