Dowell, who joined UNO in December 2021, is Deputy Prime Minister of Athletics and oversees UNO’s 16 male and female sports at Division I level. He was also an Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Development Director at Creighton University, responsible for building and implementing the University’s Athletic Development Office.
