Dr. John Bartle, Dean of the UNO Public Affairs and Community Services College, answers the question, “Is there a clear solution to the Nebraska property tax stagnation?”
An expert in public fiscal policy and management, budgeting and transportation, Bartle is currently involved in research on transportation sustainability, public finance management, and tax policy. He has been the Dean of CPACS since 2011. Prior to his current position, he was the director of the Faculty of Public Administration. He has been a professor at UNO since 1994.
