Albuquerque, New Mexico (KRQE) – New Mexico Attorney General Hector Valderas has announced charges of two shoplifters Accused of costing nearly $ 10,000 for hardware.. Police say Michael Arnold and Jayden Wheeler hardware, including a chainsaw and drill set from the Home Depot on the west side of Albuquerque.

They say Arnold pulled a can of mace in January to prevent Home Depot officials from stopping them. Arnold has been charged with 10 counts and Wheeler faces 11 counts, including robbery, shoplifting and conspiracy. According to police, Arnold has had 23 arrest warrants in the last five years, and in a pretrial detention trial, Judge Cindy Leos ordered Arnold to stay behind the bar until the trial.
