Las Vegas (KTNV) — The accused house on fire admitted to having caused a fire in Wal-Mart on Monday, officials say.
According to court documents, suspect Bryan Miller pulled a knife to Wal-Mart guards after igniting and escaping.
Police in Las Vegas found him nearby at the Eastside Cannery Hotel Casino. So he asked the police to shoot him, they say.
Wal-Mart employees also told police that guards had admitted Miller could be a suspect in a previous fire at the store.
Miller is facing the alleged assault with a deadly weapon and is resisting his arrest.
He has also been accused of having two fires in a Wal-Mart store in April.
