Pearl City, Hawaii (KHON2) — On Wednesday, December 1, Adventist Health Castle, a full-service medical center, acquired Urgent Care Hawaii and together opened a new location in Pearl City.
“It’s been a long way. It took more than three years if you believe it,” said President Ryan Ashlock. Adventist Health Castle.. “The deal was about to close in about two years, but then a pandemic broke out and we had to reassess everything.”
Ashlock said the adventurer will buy Emergency Care Hawaii, They can extend their practice as well as upwind.
“For us, this is an opportunity to extend our mission to new areas that we have never served,” Ashlock explained. “We used to be a windward base, but now it’s an opportunity to impact the entire island of Oahu.”
This new Pearl City facility is one of four facilities operated by Urgent Care Hawaii. We also have offices in Kailua, Kapolei and Ala Moana.
According to Donashmidt, CEO of Argent Care Hawaii, all four locations provide quality care for infants, children and adults.
“That is, by actually misrepresenting what we are doing, we can scale up and scale up to what we actually envision,” Schmidt added. ..
Schmidt even said he plans to expand care in the coming months by launching primary and specialty services.
“We are really happy and excited to expand our services to primary and specialty care,” Schmidt explained. “We’ve been looking for ways to do that for years, but we can’t think of a better way.”
The facility in Pearl City offers X-rays, telemedicine services, occupational medicine, and COVID-19 testing.
