Albuquerque, New Mexico (KRQE) – Biopark welcomed three new siamangs to the zoo this week. Siamangs come from the Mountain Zoo in Colorado. Siamang is a 4-year-old Wayang, an 11-year-old Eve, and her daughter, 20-month-old Rasia, arrived on May 12.

They are now on display after getting used to the new home. According to Bio Park, Eve is a special shaman. When she was seven, she had a blood clot on her leg that blocked her blood flow. She underwent life-saving surgery where a veterinarian needed to amputate one leg.

This comes after the last Siamang in Biopark. I moved to a spooky zoo.. The eerie family died of Shigella infection last year, and the eerie person became the only siamang in the biopark.
