American Apparel Company Banana Republic Renews Brand Identity

Banana Republic, a global apparel and accessories brand, has reintroduced new brand identities, positioning and brand commitments. Looking back on that tradition, I reformed myself for the modern world. Inspired by its roots, the 43-year-old brand has introduced two fall campaigns (New Look and Imagine World) this year as part of its renewal.

The Fall 2021 campaign, which began on September 7th at The New Look, focuses on leather and suede, with iconic banana republic photojournalist vests and cargo pants, modern leather jumpsuits, and suede shorts. It has been remade into a separate shape of the blazer. The materials long known in Banana Republic are back: soft shirring, featherlight suede trench dresses, Italian merino wool, silk and cashmere. Additional hero looks include work clothes, expedition casual wear, and dynamic tailoring.

Launched on September 28, Imagined Worlds is a fictional territory first devised by Banana Republic, reflecting a distant and unknown place that is part of explorer folklore and adventurer folklore. I am. Like Shangri-La, Middle-earth, Westeros and Wakanda, Banana Republic is an imaginary world. This invented world of dreamy brands is the starting point for redefining fashion, design, activism, sustainability and creativity.

The New Look and Imagined Worlds campaigns will take place later this month on digital, social and media channels.

The brand is also upgrading store fleets across the country with a comprehensive view of the customer experience, from hospitality and styling services to harmonious store design and advanced merchandising.
