Hernando County, Florida – The Hernando County Art Council is excited to share our all-new educational program, Artmark. Art Mark is a summer program aimed at providing children in our community with affordable classes covering a variety of disciplines taught by attractive teachers.
As the first art mark, we will introduce three courses in the world of dance, visual arts, and music. Classes are held in 6-week, 3-week, and 4-week sessions, respectively. Students can also pay for classes on a drop-in basis. Classes are available to students aged 5 to 18 and the first series of dances begins in early June.
Artmark is provided in partnership with Florida Adventure Coast and Stage West Playhouse. We have partnered with these organizations to offer classes to both Brooksville and Springhill areas and look forward to enjoying the entire county. Brooksville classes are held at the Welcome Center (205 E Fort Dade Ave, Brooksville, FL 34601) and Spring Hill classes are held at Stage West Playhouse (8390 Forest Oaks Blvd, Spring Hill, FL 34606).
