Top 50 High School Baseball Players from the Native American Community across the country participate in professional-style training and showcase games

Atlanta – The Atlanta Braves and the 7G Foundation will be the first hosts in history Native American All-Star Baseball Showcase Trois Topark, July 16-17, 2022. Top 50 Native American high school baseball players from all over the country will participate in professional-style training on Saturday, July 16th and showcase games on Sunday, July 17th.

The Native American All-Star Baseball Showcase Emphasize Native American high school baseball players who are eager to play the game at the next level. Scouts from Atlanta State University, University of Tennessee, Georgia State University, Savannah State University, South Georgia State University, Mercer University, and Emory University will be present.

The Sunday showcase game has two teams, each with a list of 25 people. Each roster contains at least 10 pitchers and 2 dedicated catchers. Former Major League Baseball players Marquis Grissum, Johnny Estrada, Marvin Freeman and Lou Collier will lead the team.

Saturday’s batting practice will select 4-6 athletes to participate in the Home Run Derby in the afternoon after training. The Rapsodo Hitting and Pitching unit will be available to provide professional-level data and analytics to help players improve their games.
