On June 2, the government has a one-page document they said belonged to Duggar (explained as a screenshot that law enforcement had from the IP address of May 14, 2019). I notified the defense that I was doing it.
The defense alleged that the screenshot date, information under certain tabs, native-style screenshots, and other details were requested but rejected.
The information requested by the other two law enforcement agencies for details on downloading CSAM from the client is not subject to the rules of discovery as it is irrelevant to the current investigation / case. If we feel wrong, please explain why the discovery of this information is covered by the rules of evidence.

Dagger’s lawyer said law enforcement reports from Arkansas authorities Little Rock were also rejected. This allegedly led to allegations of child pornography.
In April, a former reality star was charged with two indictments alleging one receipt of child pornography and one possession of child pornography. Dagger pleaded not guilty in both respects.
The jury trial has been postponed until November 30th. It will be heard by Judge Timothy Brooks in Fayetteville Federal Court.
Dagger lives with a third-party custodian in Washington County until the trial begins.
