Ross works from home With minimal standards after he was discharged on January 20th. His doctor gave him permission on February 3, and he returned to the office in a limited part-time as he continued to recover.
“I’m excited and, more importantly, I’m ready to come back,” Ross said in a news release on Monday. “I’ve been feeling better and looking forward to running. The staff in the mayor’s office have done a great job so that none of our projects or initiatives miss the beat in my absence. I did, and I couldn’t feel any more support through my recovery. Aloha and prayers from the community really felt, and I’m part of this community, island, and county. I couldn’t be proud of it anymore. “
Roth will begin resuming full workloads in the coming weeks.
