NS. LOUIS (KMOV.com)-Bruce has acquired a St. Louis native in a deal with Senator Ottawa.

On Saturday, the team announced that it had won conditional draft topics from forward Logan Brown and the Senator in exchange for Zack Sanford. Drafted by the Senator in 2016, Brown played only 30 NHL games, scoring 1 goal and 8 assists. Brown only appeared in the NHL once last season. He is the son of former blues defense Jeff Brown.

Forward Sanford spent four of five NHL seasons in St. Louis, scoring 38 goals and 36 assists. If Brown plays more than 30 games this season, Bruce loses the conditional draft topic.
