Actor Bob Odenkirk was taken to the hospital on Tuesday after collapsing on the set while filming “Better Call Saul.”
Currently, the cause of Odenkirk’s collapse is unknown. TMZ The actor reports that he is currently in the hospital “under the care of a doctor.”
Odenkirk began comedy in Hollywood and appeared as a comedy writer in the 1990s. Towards the end of the decade, he began to appear on the screen. He regularly appeared on the “Jenny McCarthy Show” before appearing on his own sketch show “Mr. Show with Bob and David” on HBO.
However, Odenkirk’s typical acting role was the portrayal of the sneaky lawyer Saul Goodman in the hit series “Breaking Bad.” After the show finished its run in 2013, Odenkirk replayed Goodman’s role as the star of the spin-off series “Better Call Saul.”
Reportedly, the next sixth season of “Better Call Saul” will be the end of the series.
