Holton, Kansas (KCTV)-In Holton, Kansas, a Bonner Springs man who was arrested after his car was stopped for a traffic violation is accused of possessing drugs.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office in Kansas states that the 2007 Chrysler Aspen stopped near the US 75 Highway and 3rd Avenue before 1 am on Saturday.
A passenger, Justin W. Nidiffer, 40, from Bonner Springs, was arrested outside Wyandotte County on suspicion of possessing stimulants.
According to the sheriff’s office, Nidiffer also possessed illegal smuggled goods.
He is currently charged with possession of heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription drugs, and narcotic equipment.
Nidifer was imprisoned in a prison in Jackson County, Kansas.
