Suspect Mass shootings at a tops store in Buffalo, NY plan attack At least two months ago, according to a new document.

An 18-year-old man from Conklin, New York, was charged with one murder. Killed 10 people and injured 3 others. Mass shootings are being investigated as hate crimes.

The 589-page document shows that the suspect visited the location of the Tops Store on March 8, more than two months before the attack, and faced security guards. This document details the interactions he had with black armed guards at the store.

One of the victims of the shooting on Saturday was Tops guard Aaron Salter. Salter fired at the suspect, but did not pierce his body armor. The suspect returned the fire and killed Salter. It is unknown whether Salter was the same guard who confronted the suspect in March.

This document contains a sketch of a top that outlines the aisle. It also includes a social media post dating back to December 2021. Posts were made on Discord, a platform that allows users to communicate in private and public services using voice, video, and text. You can also upload files and media.

As reported by ABC News, investigators are investigating the source and credibility of a document to determine who else may have accessed it.

The suspect has been detained without bail in Erie County. A felony hearing is scheduled for May 19th.
