“Because of COVID, we’ve already lost a lot and we’re having a hard time recovering,” he said.
The parking lot is already expensive. There were no roads when the bike lane plan began two years ago.

According to traffic analysis, the DC Transport Authority states that the impact on traffic congestion is minimal and that the safety of two-wheeled people is improved.
