‘Butterfly Magic’ returning to Tucson Bontanical Gardens – Tucson, Arizona

Tucson, Arizona (KGUN) — Butterflies from all over the world come to the Tucson Botanical Gardens!

On October 1st, the “Butterfly Magic” exhibition will be open to the public after a year and a half break.

The exhibition, which began in 2004, is located in the Cox Butterfly & Orchid Pavilion space in the garden.

250 butterfly pupae, including exotic species from Latin America, Asia, Africa and India Australia, will arrive in mid-September.

“This will be Tucson’s only indoor rainforest oasis for 18 seasons of Butterfly Magic, where hundreds of rainforests and flowers bloom,” said the event’s description.

Business hours are 9:30 am to 3 pm daily until the end of May 2022.

The Tucson Botanical Garden is located on the 2150N Alvernon Way.
