According to engineers, heavy rains in parts of Kahokia Heights cause sewage to flow backwards. Mayor Curtis McCall is now taking action to solve the problems that have plagued the region for generations. He wants to invest $ 3 million in the Federal Pandemic Fund to solve sewage and drainage problems.
