Cambodia approves 9 investment projects with investment of over $ 43 million

The Cambodian Development Council (CDC) recently approved nine investment projects with total capital of over $ 43 million and the ability to create more than 10,000 jobs. The projects are clothing, bags, suitcases, cardboard, plastic products and PET materials. The CDC has issued an investment project registration certificate to the company.

Como Apparel will set up a garment factory in Ampil Village, Phnom Penh, with an investment of $ 14.7 million. Leona (Cambodia) will set up a factory in Keo Udom Village, Kampong Speu Province, with a $ 5.8 million investment to manufacture bags and suitcases.

Sincere Season (Cambodia) Clothing will set up a clothing factory in Boeung Kaek Village, Kandal Province, with an investment of $ 5.6 million. Powerful Riches Garment (Cambodia) will set up a garment factory in the village of Phsar Dek Leu in Kandal with a $ 5 million investment, Cambodian media reported.

Green Bag (Cambodia) and Global Supply Redwood will set up factories to produce bags in Fong Cross Village, Kampong Speu Province and Truck Village, Kampong Speu Province, with an investment of $ 5 million and $ 3 million, respectively.

Inkyung Wondang Apparel will set up a garment factory in Phnom Penh’s Damnak village with a $ 3 million investment.

Cambodia’s Shenghong Packaging will invest $ 680,000 to build a corrugated and plastic products factory in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of Sihanoukville. Best-Run Technology (Cambodia) will set up a PET material plant in the SEZ of Sihanoukville with an investment of $ 500,000.
