Police said a 17-year-old boy was pulled from an underground pool during a party on the premises, responding to reports that he may have drowned on Netta Road at 12:30 am on Sunday.
Bystanders performed CPR and teenagers were taken to the hospital.
Police said the names of the indicted people would not be disclosed until the court “identified the possible cause and prosecuted.”
