Albuquerque, New Mexico (KRQE) – Indictments are piled up against career criminals sitting in prisons awaiting trial. Julian Candela was arrested in October after APD said he had fainted in a car in the middle of the intersection of San Pedro and Southern and fled the police.

Given the long history of Candelaria’s arrest and non-compliance with court rules, the judge decided to keep him in custody until trial. He is now facing more sins in an incident a few days later near Gibson and Broadway.

Police said he crashed into the fence, and again they found him fainted. When police officers woke him up and tried to detain him, they said he had driven him away. Candelaria was also arrested six times in four years on suspicion of car theft.
