ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOV.com) – The city of St. Louis is working to vaccinate returning residents with the COVID-19 vaccine.
Beginning Monday, a Johnson & Johnson single-dose vaccine will be distributed to home residents and their caretakers as part of mobile vaccination.
Dr. Fredrick Ecoles, Deputy Director of Health for the City of St. Louis, said: “Our home COVID-19 vaccination effort is an attempt to effectively reach this part of our population. Leaving home for many individuals in this group is harmful to their health. This group is essential to our vaccination efforts and the overall health of our city, as it can have an impact. “
Over 200 resident residents have already registered for vaccination. If you wish to register for your home vaccine, you can make an appointment by calling the St. Louis Regional Office (314) 612-5918, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
