Job Description:

Blair’s logistics company is in immediate need of a secretariat clerk.

responsibility:

  • Coordinate your transportation provider to ensure the quick and proper movement of your cargo.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channel.
  • Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  • We will make special delivery arrangements as needed.
  • Track and fix shipping errors.
  • Invoices and invoice preparation.
  • Management of distribution and shipping budgets.
  • Make sure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
  • Develop processes to organize the supply chain more efficiently.

Qualification:
