The Coast Guard is conducting a two-week hearing about the events surrounding a liftboat that jumped off the Louisiana coast in April. Thirteen of the 19 people on board died. The Coast Guard said in a news release that the hearing will take place at the Houma hotel from Monday to August 13. The hearing is open to the public and livestreaming is also available.
