During their call on Monday, Omar said he would not agree that Bobert would publicly apologize for his comments.

It was then that Bobert said Omar hung up on her. Omar said he hung up when Bobert “doubled her rhetoric.”

The House of Representatives has not yet taken action in response to Bobert’s comments. It’s unclear if Republicans will face disciplinary action.
