Las Vegas (KLAS) — Men and women are faced with allegations of operating illegal medical facilities and performing treatments such as plump lip injections and botox without a license.

Kenny and Olga Gilchenko were detained on October 15 and charged with acting as nurses without a license and acting as practitioners without a license. Olga Gilchenko is also faced with the crime of pretending to be false and making money.

According to the arrest report, Grinkenko, who has his home address in Aurora, Colorado, used a rental housing in Las Vegas to complete the procedure. They advertised themselves online as CoCo’s Labios, claiming that they were “approved and certified as lip specialists.”

Investigators from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department were turned over after a woman had an allergic reaction to a lip injection and contacted the Nevada Nursing Commission. The board could not be found in a database named Olga Girchenko.

Police set up surveillance on the rental housing where the couple worked and observed them wearing medical scrubs and some people appearing at home. Police reportedly found evidence of hypodermic needles, used medicines, and a business card named CoCo’s Labios during a search of their home.

Two women stopped by and said they had paid for the procedure. One woman said she received her address the night before after paying the security deposit, and wondered if she was at home.

Police also searched the hotel room where the couple was staying and found a large amount of “US dollars in the safe,” the report said.

The couple denied CoCo’s knowledge of Labios and refused to answer police questions.
