Polk County, Florida (CW44 News 10am) – Polk County officials announced Thursday that the COVID-19 Vaccine Portal is open and is making reservations for people over the age of 65.
If you wish to receive the vaccine once it is available, the authorities will ask you to register through the online portal here. Users can create an account and upload personal information for future appointments. You can also learn more about the vaccines that the Florida Department of Health administers and get answers to other frequently asked questions.

The center can call from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend opening hours have been added from 8am to 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The center is also open from 8am to 2pm on January 18th, the holiday of Martin Luther King Jr.
