Colorado Springs, Colorado — The Pfizer COVID vaccine will be available on the United Way food distribution site at Mitchell High School on the first Thursday of every month starting this week.
Pikespeak United Way will bring mobile vaccination vans to United Way’s food distribution in partnership with El Paso County Public Health and Nomi Health, a direct healthcare company that supports COVID-19 vaccination activities nationwide.
Van Located on the first Thursday of every month at Mitchell High School, people over the age of 16 can receive up to 200 approved Pfizer vaccines.
If you are interested in getting the Pfizer vaccine at Mitchell High School, we recommend that you pre-register at. comassvax.org/reg/0513296084.. Patients can be enrolled onsite, but pre-registration is recommended. Pre-registration is required for persons between the ages of 16 and 18, and parental consent is also required. This can be filled in during pre-registration.
Anyone who receives the first dose on Thursday can enroll for a second dose in the field after receiving the first dose. The second dose will take place on June 3rd at Mitchell High School.
Mobile vaccination vans will remain part of United Way’s food distribution until further notice.
