CRIME ALERT: Falcons kicker wants cleats back after car stolen | News – Atlanta, Georgia

Atlanta, Georgia 2021-07-19 01:30:00 –

Atlanta, Georgia (CBS46)-Another car was stolen in Metro Atlanta on Sunday.

But this recent victim says he really just wants to get the contents of his car back.

Falcons player Younghoe Koo posted on Instagram that someone stole his black Jeep Grand Cherokee on Sunday morning.

Kuu took a picture of the vacant parking lot and posted, “He shouldn’t be angry. Bring all the cleats home so you can go to the kick!”

This isn’t the only celebrity car theft in the last few months in the metro.

In May, Rolls-Royce of Janolis Jenkins, a cornerback of the Tennessee Titans, disappeared from where he was parked at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

“I was angry. Why can’t I leave my car at the airport, which should be safe and protected?” He said in frustration.

The discovery came shortly after a man stole Akon’s Range Rover, a singer-songwriter, while the singer was pumping gas backhead.

Atlanta police have advice on how to avoid the fall of victims while theft is occurring throughout the metropolitan area.

“Often these are slider crimes, criminals take the car, go on with joy, and after a few hours the car is abandoned,” said Police Officer Anthony Grant.

Especially in the city of Atlanta, car cases tend to be stolen.

“Of our car thefts, 60% of these thefts are the cause of the keys left in the car,” he continued.
