Job Description:

There are two types of customer service, full-time and full-time. Having a high school diploma or college degree is a plus.

Qualification:

• Over 2 years of general office work experience with good communication in English.
• The minimum input must be at least 40 words per minute.
• A fast worker that can handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to navigate well on the Internet.
• Excellent communication skills over the phone.
• Good computer and math skills.
• Resolve customer complaints by phone or email.
