Woonsocket, Rhode Island: US pharmacy chain CVS offers a variety of prizes, from tropical cruises to trips to the Super Bowl LVI, to encourage the general public to be vaccinated against Covid.

With more than 9,600 pharmacies nationwide, CVS is working with states and businesses working to achieve President Joe Biden’s goal of vaccinating 70% of the population by July 4.

In Ohio, vaccinated people are offered baseball tickets and beer, and residents who have been vaccinated at least once have a chance to win $ 1 million.

The Vax & Scratch program in New York also issues free lottery tickets to adults who receive their first vaccination.

The CVS program begins June 1st and will feature weekly sweepstakes from consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble, dating app Hinge, and Norwegian Cruise Line gift cards and prizes.
