Dana has acquired Pi Innovo, which works on embedded software solutions and electronic control units, to support the light, commercial and off-highway markets.
Dana previously held a non-controlling interest.
Headquartered near Detroit, Michigan, Dana’s acquisition of Pi Innovo adds a library of turnkey electric vehicle application software, vehicle-level controllers, and auxiliary controllers to add to its portfolio of electromechanical features and electrification products.
