‘Dennis the Menace’ actress Gloria Henry dies at 98 – Cleveland, Ohio

(WJW) —Actress Gloria Henry died at the age of 98, according to her daughter Erin Ellwood.
Elwood announces Henry’s death On Instagram Saturday. She died the day after her 98th birthday.
“She is now flying free from her body. She left a countdown of 43 2 1 @ 3:40 pm,” Ellwood wrote in a social media post. “She was a very nice woman in many ways.”
Elwood said last year it was “beautiful and painful.”

On the actress’s birthday, Elwood posted a heartfelt compliment to her mother. Instagram.. “It was a tough month now. I didn’t know if she would reach 98, but she did!”
Henry is best known for Alice Mitchell’s role in the 1960s comedy Dennis Zamenas.
