Denver — Visitors to the Denver Art Museum can expect a whole new experience as they explore the redesigned campus.

Museum officials have shown a $ 175 million refurbishment and have been anxious to welcome the public for the first time on Sunday morning. Admission was free to celebrate the opening. The museum will also hold free admission days on Saturday, November 6th and Tuesday, November 9th.

Andrea Fulton, Deputy Director and Chief Strategy Officer of the Denver Art Museum, said:

The most notable addition is the new 50,000-square-foot Sie Welcome Center with two new dining options and a pavilion that can be used for family activities and events. When visitors go to Martinville, they will notice that all the galleries have been refurbished.

“The Level 3 Native Art Floor in North America has been completely redesigned and is entirely new. I think it’s one of the most important and influential exhibitions I’ve ever seen,” Fulton said. Says.

The West American art gallery on the 7th floor has also added more than 9,000 square feet of space. On that same floor, there is also a brand new roof terrace with views of the city.
