Denver police arrested a 39-year-old man on suspicion of a vehicle runaway.
The hit-and-run incident occurred on Saturday around 8 am in the areas of Park Avenue and Clarkson Street, according to a Denver police Twitter account.
Police said they would provide more information about the vehicle, but by 10:45 am, police had identified a suspect identified as Michael Kennedy by DPD spokesman Jay Casillas.
