The Washington State Department of Health has announced that vaccine verification options now include a QR code feature. WA verification, State’s new digital COVID-19 vaccine recording system.

WA Verify is Washington’s new digital COVID-19 validation record system that pulls COVID-19 records from the state’s immune system. To use this tool, enter your name, date of birth, and the email or phone number associated with your vaccination record. If the information matches the official record, they will receive a text or email with a link to the Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record.

Currently, there are several forms of evidence that people can use to check the status of vaccination.

– Original, copy, or photo of the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card

– Printed out confirmed electronic medical records from your healthcare provider

– Records from the state’s immune information system. This includes:

WAVerify.org Digital COVID-19 verification record. This includes a QR code that can be scanned with a SMART health card reader, or MyIR Mobile’s COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
