Cherokee County, South Carolina (WSPA) – The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office is calling on the public to be more vigilant after “suspicious activity” is reported at a church playground near Cowpens on Wednesday afternoon.

According to the sheriff’s office, the incident occurred around 12:00 pm in a church off Oakdale Road near Cowpens.
