ST. Louis (KMOV.com) – Police say a group of detainees are in riot at the Justice Center in downtown St. Louis.

A video of the scene shows a detainee breaking a window, throwing an item out of the window, and igniting the item on the third floor of the building. The streets around the Justice Center are closed.
According to Sheriff St. Louis, about 60 prisoners are involved. The sheriff said there was no information about the injury.
The incident occurs two months after a similar uproar. In that case, city officials say the detainee was able to manipulate the lock.
